Amanda Phelps, 32, of 954 Brushy Creek Road in Spruce Pine, was charged with failing to appear on possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, obtaining property by false pretenses, financial card theft, financial card fraud, breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking and/or entering, possession of stolen goods, shoplifting, carrying a concealed weapon, driving while license revoked, and fictitious tag by Captain R.V. Wiseman and Detective A.D. Beam. Phelps is being held in jail on a $141,000 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 16, 2019.

Rocky Joe Fisher, 37, of 70 Jack Sullins Road in Spruce Pine, was charged with resist, obstruct, and delay a public officer by Captain R.V. Wiseman and Deputy R.B. Bishop. Fisher is being held in jail on $2,500 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 17, 2019.

Andrew Paul Jackson, 19, of 1021 Hughes Gap Road in Bakersville, was charged with felony larceny by Lt. Detective C.C. Hobson and Lt. J.D. English. Jackson is being held in jail on a $5,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 7, 2019.

Jeremy Chad Honeycutt, 42, of 1087 Hughes Gap Road in Bakersville, was charged with felony larceny and felony receiving stolen property by Lt. Detective C.C. Hobson and Lt. J.D. English. Honeycutt is being in jail on a $15,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 17, 2019.

Janie Estelle Murphy, 39, of 462 Champ Young Road in Burnsville, was charged with felony larceny by Lt. Detective C.C. Hobson and Lt. J.D. English. Murphy is being held in jail on a $5,000 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 17, 2019.

Michael Jared Barnett, 25, of 238 Ridgeview Lane in Bakersville, was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses by Lt. Detective C.C. Hobson. Barnett was released on a $10,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 17, 2019.

Raymond David Garland, 30, of 2071 Old NC 226 in Spruce Pine, was charged with breaking and/or entering and larceny after breaking and/or entering by Lt. J.D. English and Deputy R.B. Bishop. Garland is being held in jail on a $25,000 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 30, 2019.

Natalie Louise King, 32, of 44 Ridgeview Lane in Spruce Pine, was charged with failing to appear in court on unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and assault and battery by Detective A.D. Beam. King was released on a $5,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 12, 2019.

Mckayla Cheyene Archambeau, 19, of 4007 Altapass Highway in Spruce Pine, was charged with breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking and/or entering, possession of stolen goods, and second degree trespassing by Detective A.D. Beam. Archambeau is being held in jail on a $20,500 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 17, 2019.

Justin Daniel Phouts, 29, of 47 Frank Biddix Road in Spruce Pine, was charged with violation of a release order by Deputy D.C. LaPlante. Phouts is being held in jail without bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 12, 2019.

Corey Seth McInturff, 30, of 211 Pensacola Road in Burnsville, was charged with failing to appear on breaking and/or entering, larceny after breaking and/or entering, and failure to pay child support by Deputy S.E. Davis. McInturff is being held in jail on a $30,900 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 12, 2019.

Summer Nicole Phillips, 34, of 357 Rhododendron Park in Burnsville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia by Deputy W.R. Hobson. Phillips was released on a $25,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 25, 2019.

Rachelle Osmun Shock, 39, of 15 Starlin Mountain Road in Bakersville, was charged with failure to appear on driving while license revoked and fictitious tag by Deputy W.R. Hobson. Shock was released on a $1,000 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 12, 2019.

Darren Lee Hughes, 29, of 345 Fairground Street, Apt. E-9, in Spruce Pine, was charged with failing to appear on driving while license revoked by Deputy R.B. Bishop. Hughes is being held in jail on a $1,500 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 10, 2019.

Larry Ray Palmer, 58, of 877 Beaver Creek Road in Spruce Pine, was charged with failing to appear on driving while license revoked, fictitious tag, no insurance, expired inspection, revoked tag, and failure to surrender tag by Deputy Z.S. Huskins. Palmer is being held in jail on a $1,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 12, 2019.

Megan Jeanette Stephens, 27, of 6044 Poole Road in Archdale, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia by Deputy N.W. Bowman. Stephens is being in jail on a $25,000 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 17, 2019.

Jeremy Michael Guffey, 35, of 125 Lower Spring Creek Road in Bakersville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, simple possession of Schedule VI, failure to appear on speeding, fictitious tag, no insurance, revoked tag, and window tinting by Deputy N.W. Bowman. Guffey is being held in jail on a $13,000 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on July 17, 2019.

Darrell Dwayne Forbes, 30, of 9 Old Hall Store Road in Spruce Pine, was charged with probation violation by Deputy N.W. Bowman. Forbes was released on a $1,500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 12, 2019.

Alvin Clawson, of 729 Oak Avenue, Spruce Pine, was cited for driving while license revoked by Lt. Detective C.C. Hobson.

Casey Jordan Parker, of 941 NC 197 in Bakersville, was cited for simple possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia by Lt. J.D. English.
