Christianna Laura Hoilman, 33, of 38 Hillcrest Drive in Bakersville, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle by Captain R.V. Wiseman and Detective S.B. Hughes. Hoilman is held in jail on a $12,500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Cody Ray Buchanan, 34, of 38 Hillcrest Drive in Bakersville, was charged with possession of stolen motor vehicle, sell and deliver Schedule VI controlled substance, possess with intent to sell and deliver Schedule VI controlled substance, and simple possession of Schedule VI controlled substance by Captain R.V. Wiseman and Detective S.B. Hughes. Buchanan is being held in jail on a $35,000 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Krista Danielle Rainey, 31, of Deer Park Loop, Apt. D6 in Spruce Pine, was charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, failure to appear on fictitious tag, no registration, fail to apply for new title, expired inspection, driving while license revoked, and no insurance by Captain R.V. Wiseman and Detective S.B. Hughes. Rainey is being held in jail on a $13,500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Jesse Lisk, 33, of 244 Riley’s Drive in Bakersville, was charged with simple assault by Deputy S.E. Davis. Lisk was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Tina McKinney, 54, of 311 Riley’s Drive in Bakersville, was charged with simple assault by Deputy S.E. Davis. McKinney was released on $2,500 unsecured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Cody Ray Bryant, 29, of 312 Kona Road in Bakersville, was charged with domestic criminal trespass by Lt. J.D. English. Bryant is being held in jail for 48 hours on domestic violence.

Michael Joseph Bass, 36, of 311 Riley’s Drive in Bakersville, was charged with assault by pointing a gun by Captain R.V. Wiseman and Lt. J.D. English. Bass was released on a $2,500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Jeannine Mazziotta, 39, of 311 Riley’s Drive in Bakersville, was charged with simple assault by Captain R.V. Wiseman and Lt. J.D. English. Mazziotta was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond.

Eric Scott McMahan, 36, of 50 Bear Creek Road in Bakersville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear on possession of stolen property by Deputy R.B. Bishop and Deputy Z.S. Huskins. MaMahan is being held in jail on a $27,500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Tanya Lea Ledford, 25, of 63 Highland Ave. Ext. in Spruce Pine, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia by Deputy R.B. Bishop and Deputy Z.S. Huskins. Ledford is being held in jail on a $12,500 secured bond and is schedule to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Shannon Wade Buchanan, 33, of 296 Crabtree Acres in Spruce Pine, was charged with communicating threats by Deputy R.B. Bishop. Buchanan is being held in jail on a $2,500 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Megan Michelle Mosley, 29, of 1071 Tempie Mountain Road in Spruce Pine, was charged with failure to appear on driving while license revoked and fictitious tag by Deputy R.B. Bishop. Mosley was released on a $1,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court on July 12, 2019.

Millie Cheyenne Buchanan, 19, of 1067 Ridge Road in Spruce Pine, was charged with assault on a female by Deputy Z.S. Huskins. Buchanan is being held in jail for 48 hours on domestic violence, and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Alexander Gabriel Cain, 21, of 1067 Ridge Road in Spruce Pine, was charged with assault on a female by Deputy Z.S. Huskins. Cain is being held in jail for 48 hours on domestic violence, along with a $5,000 secured bond, and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26, 2019.

Citation issued:

Travis Eugene Rohn, of 1443 Snow Creek Road in Bakersville, was cited for expired tag by Detective A.D. Beam.
